Soma Structural Integration - $205 per session.

  • Sessions vary from 90min-2hrs, depending on assessment, table work, and planned movement integration - timing needs for each session will be discussed during scheduling.

  • I am always interested in trades for goods or services, if you have a skill or a trade to offer, let me know!

  • I honor previous session rates for a returning client's first session back or if there is a rate change while clients are mid-series.

Group Workshops - TBD

The price will normally be by donation, sliding scale, or dependent on provided supplies/materials.

Somassage Workshops -  Early Bird $665; Standard $750

These longer 4-day or weekend long workshops are a bounty of information, hosting, facilitation, and training and are priced accordingly. See the Offerings page for more info and links to register.

Herbal Consult - $175-$205

A very basic Initial consult with recommendations is free for existing Soma clients; the price of a full herbal intake and workup with a customized tea/oil/tincture is dependent on your needs and material cost for the herbal remedies.

Insurance

I am an Out of Network provider, meaning I do not bill or accept insurance. I accept HSA/FSA cards and can provide a ‘superbill’/medical receipt with necessary codes upon request for you to submit to your insurance for reimbursement for bodywork only.

L&I / Personal Injury Protection (PIP)

I do accept occasional L&I or PIP claims at my discretion. To process these, I will need a doctor’s prescription for massage/manual therapy as well as information about your claim. Please reach out if you are interested in pursuing treatment.

Cancellations

No-shows are subject to the full session fee. Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of appointment are subject to a 100% session fee, however I understand that life happens! I do the best I can to fill late cancellations from a waitlist in which case I may reduce the cancellation fee to $50. Appointments may not be honored if client is more than 20 minutes late. Clients may be charged a $50 late fee and rescheduled.

Payment

Cash, checks, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle are accepted. Please consider the following when choosing your form of payment:

  • Credit card payments will be assessed an additional 2.75% fee to cover processing.

  • Bounced checks will result in an additional fee equal to the penalty assessed by the bank.

  • Payment will generally be collected when scheduling online, or at the end of an appointment.

  • If paying for multiple sessions in advance, cancellation policies are still in effect.

  • Session 1: Rib Cage
In session one, our focus is to free the fascia of the chest; creating lift and increased mobility throughout the torso, and lengthening the lower back. This results in a more upright posture, fuller, deeper breathing and a general feeling of well-being.
  • Session 2: Lower legs and feet
The second session focuses on the feet, ankles, knees, and lower legs, opening connection through the toes and a deep sense of grounding. Often a radiating sense of lightness and increased walking efficiency occurs after this session. This session helps to establish a stable foundation to build upon throughout the series
  • Session 3: Sidelines
The intentions of this session are to free the shoulders, widen the ribcage and lengthen the sides of the body. Often, breath feels much fuller and easier, especially in the sides and back, two places we tend to breathe much less deeply than what is possible. We also work a deeper layer of fascia in this session, an invitation into the Core Sessions.
