Soma Structural Integration (SI) is typically administered via a series of sessions. Although the series work is highly recommended for lasting results, I also offers freestanding ‘treatment’ sessions, a full-body restorative re-set called Somassage, and if you are looking for additional support for pain, injury prevention and recovery I offer in-person or zoom movement coaching.

As an advanced Soma practitioner, there is a wealth of information to share - I view mentorship of new graduates as a rewarding way to give back to our profession- it is less about the way I personally do the work, and more about helping new grads refine their own voice and their own offerings.

Collaboration with people doing different things strengthens our connection in the spheres we work, live, and play in. We love to make creative connections that benefit our community.

The SomaLoft is also a home for people exploring work in somatics, movement, healing and more; all the numerous areas of life that foster joy and aliveness.
